Is there an age limit?
The minimum age is 8 years old for smashing. Any age can splatter paint.
Can I bring some of my own items?
Yes, there is a BYOB (bring your own box) option for booking. You can bring clean glass items, small electronics. Please remove batteries from electronics and ink from printers.
Do you take donations?
Yes, we take glass items such as dishes, bottles, and jars as well as knick-knacks, small appliances (i.e. coffee maker, toaster oven) and electronics (i.e. laptop, printer, flat panel tv, computer tower/monitor).
We do NOT take box TVs or microwaves.
Do I need an appointment or can I walk in?
Yes, we do all bookings by appointment to make sure rooms are available.
How many people can come at once?
We can accommodate groups up to 100 people and also have individual packages for solo experiences.
Can I bring my own food and drinks? Is there somewhere to eat?
Yes, if you book a party package you will have access to the party room and can bring food and drinks or have them catered in from a place of your choice. The Farehouse restaurant is located in the mill and will cater. www.thefarehouse.com If you want to dine in at the restaurant after your visit we recommend making a reservation.
What should I wear? What safety gear is provided?
We recommend you either wear or bring long sleeves and long pants. Also, please wear closed toe shoes. We provide face shields, goggles, and gloves.
Where are you located in the mill?
We are on the 2nd floor in Print Works 3. You will enter the Visitor's Entrance stairs near the Mill Office, go the 2nd floor and to the left when you exit the stairs. Check your confirmation email for a map and directions.
Is your space handicap accessible?
Yes, there is a ramp to the back dock entrance. You will get on the sidewalk on Mill St, come up the ramp in front of Pinky's Arcade all the way to the top/back dock, and turn left. Walk along the back dock until you see the Print Works 3 door. Use the passcode from your confirmation email. Call us for assistance (864)569-5810
