3 Hours to Level up- Experience the breakthroughs in personal development that you have been searching for!
In this workshop you will identify limiting beliefs, find the roadblocks in your way to personal success, zoom in on the experience you really desire, and make a plan to get there!
Smashing Limitations
Examine the thoughts and beliefs your mind uses to keep you stuck. Then, smash them to pieces, literally!! This is a deep dive inside and also a physical release of those pesky self-imposed limits and patterns that are often hard to identify.
What is your passion?
You’ve heard it before…live your passion! But if you don’t know what drives you, what lights you up, it's time to find out! If you do know what you want but don’t know how to live it, this part will get you inspired to take action and give you the courage and confidence to start today!
Step by Step Tools to make your plan of action!
You will learn a variety of tools and skills that will help you continue to identify defeating thoughts and patterns as they arise and also understand how to use them to your advantage to move forward on your journey. You will also design a roadmap and detail your first 3 steps to take immediately to keep you inspired and engaged in your dream! Finally, you will take a blank canvas and create your very own artistic expression to take home and be your reminder of your aspirations, where you are heading, and why.

This workshop is designed to have 20 or less participants that will have verbal and visual instruction, journaling, and group discussion.
We will also have meaningful activities to help lock in the experience!
~Smash away limiting beliefs and past experiences that hold you back!
~Go full blast on the car to destroy negative self-talk and habits!
~Create your beautiful vision for the life you really want with a peaceful paint session and take your 12x16 canvas home as a visual reminder!
This experience is intended for ages 13 and up and there is a 25% discount for teens attending with a parent/guardian (contact us).
Please wear or bring long sleeves and long pants as well as closed toe shoes for the smashing activities. Safety glasses, goggles, and gloves are provided. The paint is water based and we do provide ponchos.
Lunch will be provided and is included.
